We are Central Texas natives that have had the good fortune to travel the world and learn from the best, and work to apply our engineering backgrounds to environmentally conscious, ecosystem friendly practices in all we do. We are passionate about what we do here.
We JUST planted the first section of our main vineyard this year! Its stocked with a variety of French Rhone varietals, including Viognier, Syrah, Mourvedre, Marsanne, and Red and White Grenache. If you’re planning a cow visit, be sure to ask for a tour of the vineyard while you’re here. They are leafed out and growing gangbusters already – It will be a number of years before wine samples will be available however, sorry!

Our current crop is predominantly Texas natives. While a little smaller and tougher, they are hands down the best buttery flavor you’ve tried!
