About Us

We are Central Texas natives that have had the good fortune to travel the world and learn from the best, and work to apply our engineering backgrounds to environmentally conscious, ecosystem friendly practices in all we do. We are passionate about what we do here—raising our animals sustainably on local grass in a gentle and caring way. When you meet our Registered, Certified and Qualified cattle, you will see the results immediately.

Our Livestock

We raise primarily Brahman cattle, as well as F-1 Hereford crosses, with a primary focus on replacement heifers in both, but also sell Bulls and custom finished beef on request as well.  We can provide healthy, happy cows for all your needs.

WINERY

We JUST planted the first section of our main vineyard this year!  We are excited about the variety we will have in the future! Our vineyard will have a variety of French Rhone varietals, including Viognier, Syrah, Mourvedre, Marsanne, and Red and White Grenache.

Pecans

Our current crop is predominantly Texas natives.  While a little smaller and tougher, they are hands down the best buttery flavor you’ve tried! Oh, and did you know pecans are one of the healthiest nuts on the planet?
