Contract Beef us
We do CUSTOM BEEF contracts with both Brahman and F-1 Tigerstripe cattle. Some folks like the leaner Brahman beef, while others like the more traditional, fattier F-1 beef. Whatever your preference we can supply you with some of the most quality meat you’ll find. All natural, no hormones or antibiotics, grass fed beef, direct to your freezer! No middle man. We have a relationship with a local processor and they can carve them up however you like. We sell by the ½ carcass (min). We typically harvest at ~ 20-21 months (typically Jan – Feb timeframe). We keep a limited number of animals for harvesting, so contact us soon if you’re interested, we sell out pretty quickly.
What we raise!
We raise primarily Brahman cattle, as well as F-1 Hereford crosses, with a primary focus on replacement heifers in both.
Our current crop is predominantly Texas natives. While a little smaller and tougher, they are hands down the best buttery flavor you’ve tried!
